FOUNDER & PRESIDENT

Robyn is a savvy and experienced PR professional who has devoted her career to first-class representation, building reliable media relationships and helping clients gain results that will have an impact on their business. Before founding Mack in 2016, Robyn worked for top PR agencies in Phoenix and Los Angeles and in the media as a morning radio personality. She grew up in the Valley and graduated from Arizona State University, where she was recently named to the Sun Devil 100. She's also the host of Pitch & Tell, a podcast covering the PR industry, life, and the stories behind the brands she works with. And as a mom of two, Robyn enjoys finding the balance between entrepreneurship and motherhood.

SENIOR ACCOUNT DIRECTOR

Erica joined the team in May 2021. She is a graduate from Arizona State University where she received a B.A. in Journalism and Mass Communications with an emphasis on Public Relations. She has been working alongside local Phoenix businesses since 2018 managing social media accounts and specializing in brand photography. She has worked with an array of industries that include food and beverage, beauty and lifestyle. A New England native, Erica enjoys spending time back east any chance she gets. In her free time, you can catch her dining at a local spot with her fiancé and hanging out with her rescue dog, Palomo.

ACCOUNT MANAGER

Originally from Queens, NY, Victoria is a graduate from Boston University where she received a B.S. in Public Relations with a minor in Spanish from the College of Communication. Before moving to Phoenix and joining Mack Media Relations, Victoria represented a variety of national brands in the lifestyle, beauty, fashion and wellness industries since 2021. In her spare time, Victoria enjoys traveling, especially to Croatia, trying out the newest restaurants and spending time with her two rescue puppies, Cevapi (Chichi) and Kona.

ACCOUNT COORDINATOR

Peyton is an Arizona native and a graduate of Saint Mary’s College of California, where she earned a degree in Strategic Communication. She brings critical and creative thinking to the fast-paced PR and influencer marketing space, driven by proactive problem-solving and passionate storytelling. In 2024, she interned with Mack, gaining hands-on experience supporting media relations efforts. After her internship, Peyton moved to San Francisco and led full-scale influencer campaigns for brands including Oikos, Silk, Activia, and BaBylissPRO, delivering high engagement and standout results. Outside of work, you’ll find her attending pilates or catching up on The Real Housewives.
